Sand separator

【Many achievements】Removes sand from water drawn from rivers, wells, and groundwater. It is a sand separator device.

Rivers, well water, and groundwater contain a lot of fine sand, making them unusable as they are. The sand separator is a maintenance-free sand removal device, available in various sizes from small units to large capacities of 3,000 tons per hour. For those currently using sedimentation tanks or sand settling tanks, introducing a sand separator can significantly reduce the required land area. Additionally, compared to cyclone separators, it offers considerable advantages in terms of performance, cost, and space. The sand separator is used in over 100,000 units worldwide. Sand separator (sand removal device)

Efficiently remove fine sand and solids during water lifting! The automatic sand discharge valve eliminates the hassle of sand discharge.

The "Sand Separator" employs a cyclone method and is a device capable of separating fine solid particles and sand with a specific gravity greater than that of well water, typically around several tens of micrometers or more. Fine solid particles and sand contained in well water and river water are forced downward by centrifugal force (cyclone). The treated water can be extracted by rising through the central pipe. Additionally, only the conical part, which is prone to deterioration, can be replaced, making maintenance easy in terms of both work and cost. It can also be utilized for water treatment involving impurities, in addition to irrigation treatment of well water and river water. 【Features】 ■ High separation and removal of fine sand and solids during pumping ■ Fine solids and sand descend to the bottom due to centrifugal force (cyclone) ■ Water rises and flows out from the top ■ Only the conical part, which is prone to damage and deterioration, can be replaced ■ An automatic sand discharge valve can be installed as an option *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
